It’s about you, and how I can serve to help you align with your highest good.

My story isn’t even all that interesting. My journey has not felt easy. But my guess is that neither has yours, and that’s why you’re here, looking for help. Besides, a story is just a story. And I’m not my story anymore. But, it shaped me into the healer that I am today. I felt hopeless and unsupported. And I decided I wanted to be there to help people remember that there is hope, and that you are not alone.

I know you’re here because you want to make changes, but I’m not here to help you change because there is something wrong with you. I see you through the lens of unconditional love and compassion. People who know me say that this is my superpower. My intent is to encourage you to view yourself through that same lens. Changes are more easily made while viewing oneself through this lens.

The things that worked for you before aren’t working anymore, but what to do? The sages say stay present and in the moment. What does that look like? How do you do that? How do you change a pattern or habit that you’ve had for lifetimes?

Let me share with you some things I've learned along the way and aid you with energetic assistance. That was me. I had to learn how to do things completely differently. I had to figure out who I am, what really makes me tick. I had to let go of the person that I had tried to mold myself into becoming. I had to let go of who society, family, peers, etc. convinced me I should be, because it wasn’t who I really was, and I got sick of it and I got sick. I had to find my way back to my heart in order to find my wholeness and well being. It would be my honor to be your guide and assistant on the way back to yours.
